Cross-cutting strategic areas
The cross-cutting strategic areas are the enabling conditions of the Plan. They support the mission areas and special projects, helping to make the School’s growth integrated, sustainable, recognisable and governable
Digitalisation
Digitalisation is a lever for simplifying processes, integrating data, strengthening information systems and improving decision-making capacity. The Plan considers it a tool supporting administrative efficiency, planning and monitoring.
Sant’Anna identity and communication
Communication is a strategic lever for institutional positioning. The Plan aims to make the School’s identity, results, values and trajectories more recognisable, strengthening both external and internal communication.
Internationalisation and cooperation
The Plan aims to strengthen the School’s presence in global research and education networks, consolidate selective partnerships, attract international talent, develop joint programmes and improve welcome and support services.
Organisational wellbeing, inclusion and organisational development
The School’s growth requires clearer processes, readable roles, effective coordination tools and attention to community wellbeing. The Plan considers organisational wellbeing a condition for institutional sustainability.
Infrastructure, spaces and environmental sustainability
Spaces, laboratories, colleges, digital platforms, the library and campus services are enabling factors for scientific quality, collegiate life and the attraction of talent. The Plan aims to bring sites, functions and investments into a coherent system.
