Monitoring of the Strategic Plan and Three-Year Programme
Monitoring supports the implementation of the Strategic Plan 2026–2031 and the Three-Year Programme 2026–2028. This section will progressively make available information on the state of progress of the objectives, actions and indicators set out in the Programme
The Plan and the Programme are the result of a participatory process involving the School’s governing bodies, structures and community, together with external stakeholders. Their implementation will require the same approach: participation, shared responsibility, decision-making capacity and openness to change and continuous improvement.
How the Three-Year Programme will be monitored
The Three-Year Programme translates the strategic vision into objectives, actions, indicators and targets. Monitoring will make it possible to verify the progress of priorities, update the information available and report on the results achieved.
Indicator dashboard
The dashboard will be developed progressively, starting from the validated indicators. Its aim is to provide a concise overview of the progress made on the programme lines, also through simple and updateable visualisations.
Periodic updates
This section may include annual updates, progress notes, any revisions to the Three-Year Programme and materials useful for reporting.
