Strategic mission areas

The strategic mission areas are at the heart of the Plan: education, community, research and knowledge valorisation. Generative education and training

The School strengthens its educational pathway, from outreach and orientation activities to undergraduate programmes, Master’s degrees and Seasonal Schools, PhD programmes and advanced training. The aim is to consolidate a generative educational model that values talent, supports social mobility and integrates education, research and personal development.

Sant’Anna community: collegiate life and Alumni network

Collegiate life, community services and the Alumni network are essential components of the Sant’Anna experience. The Plan aims to strengthen sense of belonging, participation, quality of services, mentoring, networking and the connection between educational pathways, personal development and professional opportunities.

Research

Research is the School’s main axis of positioning. The Plan aims to strengthen scientific quality, international competitiveness, the ability to attract resources, interdisciplinarity, the development of young researchers and the School’s capacity to take part in leading scientific networks.

Knowledge valorisation, social impact and relations with companies, institutions and the local area

The School intends to strengthen the continuity between scientific production, protection and valorisation of results, technology transfer, academic entrepreneurship and social impact. Relations with companies, institutions and the local area become a strategic lever for generating public value.
